Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Amy Velyvis developed a strong work ethic from her Midwest upbringing. She further enhanced those skills as an accountant for KPMG and as an analyst for Progressive Auto Insurance. A Kent State University graduate with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting, and also a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute and the Bonita Sprints-Estero Association of REALTORS® (BEAR) Leadership Academy, Amy has successfully integrated her corporate business skills and ethics into her real estate career for over ten years.  Her clients benefit from her sharp business savvy when it comes to investing and making solid financial business decisions.

Wood Realtors in 2004, Amy specializes in the finest luxury golf and resort-style communities in Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero, with focus on Naples and Bonita Springs beaches, the communities of Bonita Bay, Pelican Landing, The Brooks and the West Bay Club.  Having closed over $120,000,000 in sales, her knowledge of these communities and markets is strong, making her the obvious choice for real estate clients.
