Purchasing a home is the single largest business transaction most of us will make in our lifetime. It’s an emotionally driven decision with long-term financial implications. With up to the moment information at our fingertips, home buyers and sellers have come to expect agents understand nuances of the market, negotiate aggressively and efficiently and have access to inventory not available on MLS.

Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Kathryn owned Shout Communications, Inc. a public relations firm representing some of the country’s leading consumer products brands including Zappos.com, Johnson and Johnson, Ariat Internatioal and others.  An experienced spokesperson and executive level marketer, Kathryn is adept at quickly identifying her clients’ objectives and matching them with the right opportunities while representing them with integrity and professionalism.  Kathryn now specializes in selling real estate in Marin County.

Kathryn is an active member of San Francisco and Marin County communities participating on the Board of Directors of The SF-Marin Food Bank, one of the Bay Area’s leading non-profits serving more than 30,000 Bay Area Families per week.  Kathryn has two young boys and is actively involved in supporting the Tiburon public schools as a Board Member of Reed Elementary School PTA as well as The Foundation for Reed Schools.
